Project Orca was an election reporting tool the Romney campaign staff developed and touted as being far superior to any campaign reporting tool developed by big-name consulting firms. So they blew-off help from everyone outside the campaign, including national grassroots organizations comprised of highly qualified people, literally begging to help the campaign.
Guess what? Orca failed miserably. The arrogant Romney “Etch-a-Sketch” campaign managers sucked. Every one of them.

-Senior Advisor Beth Myers: sucked

-Strategists Stewart Stevens and Russ Schriefer: sucked and sucked
-GOP: sucked
-John Boehner: worse than sucked — he didn’t even campaign
